Should you wish to return a product please do contact our Customer Services Department first so that we can first issue a returns number and advise you accordingly. No returns can be made without the return number we would advise you to send the item back by either recorded delivery or special delivery. Please note that unless the goods were faulty at time of delivery or the order was incorrect only then would you be eligible for a full refund otherwise we would be unable to refund the postage. Should the item be received in a damaged state or if you believe your goods have been tampered with in anyway please contact us immediately so that we may rectify the situation ASAP.
In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction, the Customer is entitled to a partial refund (full refund less postage, where standard post & packaging will be charged at £15 for massage tables, £15 for chairs, £4 for monitors and £6 for massage accessories). Goods must be returned to www.supatherapy.com before the partial refund can be issued.
